The Samsung R7 was launched in 2011 as the Medison SonoAce R7. When Samsung purchased Medison later that year it continued developing the R7 and continues to produce it to this day in an improved form. The Samsung R7 is an economy level diagnostic ultrasound system focused on women’s health applications and features good 4D performance for the price. The SonoAce R7 was designed on the same platform as the SonoAce R5 but not only is the image quality much better than the R5 in 2D it also offers good 4D performance not available on the R5. The Samsung R7 also offers several midrange features such as the 19” monitor and Elastography that are not typically found on economy priced ultrasound machines.

The GE Logiq S7 is a midrange ultrasound machine designed for complete shared service applications from cardiac to GI to 4D OB/GYN. The GE Logiq S7 is extremely light and compact and looks visually very similar to the Voluson S8 and S6. The GE Logiq S7 is the replacement for the older GE Logiq S6. The GE Logiq S8 is a higher performance version of the S7.
The GE Logiq P6 provides a combination of performance, ergonomics and value to help meet a broad range of applications—including vascular, abdominal, small parts, OB/GYN and cardiac. It is a midrange ultrasound machine that looks similar to the lower priced Logiq P5 but adds many high-end features.
The GE Logiq P5 premium is an economical shared service ultrasound machine that is unique in it’s price range by offering deep support for all applications from Cardiac to Pediatric, from 4D Obstetrics to Surgical or Elastography with an astounding 29 compatible transducers spread across every possible application. If it can be done with ultrasound, the Logiq P5 can do it.
The GE Logiq P3 is a compact economy OB/GYN and General imaging ultrasound machine targeted to a value-oriented audience. The Logiq P3 replaces the older Logiq 3.
The GE Logiq F8 is a premium economy multipurpose system. It strengthens the fundamental quality of all needs for daily practices as a multipurpose ultrasound with excellent image quality and easy workflow that migrated from the GE premium system such as Logiq E9.
