Under this scheme, the customer can decide what they want and pick and choose those features which find beneficial and avoid others thereby minimizing the maintenance budget. The package will cover all the standard features like,

• Multiyear comprehensive coverage irrespective of Year of Manufacture
• One-time application support to Doctors
• Response time: 8 business hours
• Online free 24 x 7 technical and application support
• Any brand any model can be included

The customers can pick and choose the benefits from the following to meet the budget:

• Number of Preventive Maintenance Visits
• Number of Breakdown calls wish to attend
• Number of spares wish to cover
• Number of probes wish to cover

KPI Healthcare India will support with spares and probes at a discounted price if the limit exceeds from the selected package during the contract period.
