Labour Only Maintenance Contract (LMC)
The labour only contract will cover the labour charges during preventive visits and in case of breakdown calls. Under this package, the customers will get the benefit of four preventive visits and unlimited breakdown calls in the event of any repair. Availing this contract will help the customers to get higher priority when there are queued pending calls in the pipeline. In case of any spare replacement, the customer will get discounts from the original quoting price if signed LMC with KPI Healthcare India. The average response time for LMC customers in the event of breakdown is 8 business hours.
